CPCU Society
The CPCU Society is a membership organization of nearly 28,000 credentialed insurance professionals who promote excellence through ethical behavior and continuing education. The Society's members hold the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCUŽ) professional designation, which requires passing eight rigorous undergraduate- and graduate-level examinations, meeting experience requirements, and agreeing to be bound by a strict code of professional ethics. The CPCU designation is conferred by the American Institute for CPCU.
Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI) Program
The AAI designation program gives you a competitive edge in the increasingly competitive insurance business. It will help you increase your commissions, improve your insurance knowledge, avoid E&O claims, and earn continuing education (CE) credits for your license renewal, all at the same time. AAI is more cost-effective and more flexible than other comparable programs. Further, no continuing education credits are required to maintain your designation. AAI is the result of a joint effort of the Insurance Institute of America (IIA) and the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America (IIABA): These organizations have established agreements with the Institutes to offer AAI seminars in the classroom.

Insurance Collection Executives
Insurance Collection Executives (ICE) is an organization dedicated to supporting the insurance collection professional. While the organization's roots date back more than 40 years, ICE addresses the many challenges faced by today's insurance collection professionals.
ICE is a not-for--profit organization with a targeted membership of insurance industry executives. In a rapidly paced collection environment, ICE provides the perfect solution for collection executives who are interested in learning from peers within their industry discipline. Under the auspices of the ICE Education Committee, two levels of certification are available. The ICE Certificate is a prerequisite to the ICE Associate Program. Both education paths include selected Institutes courses.
Insurance Educational Association
IEA provides multi-media training opportunities for 21st century insurance professionals. With more than 300 courses offered in workers' compensation, disability management, risk management and property casualty IEA provides the essential skills you need for career success. Courses are offered through IEA's nationally available tele course online instructor-led format as well as traditional classroom. With a rich 135 year history in the fields of education and training, IEA is focused on bringing the industry’s top instructors to students nationally. IEA reaches over 5000 students annually across all 50 states with over 200 of the industry’s top instructors offering classes ranging from introductory training to advanced technical courses.
International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans
The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans is the largest educational association serving the employee benefits and compensation industry. A nonprofit, nonlobbying organization, the Foundation has been a trusted resource for objective, accurate, and timely information since it was formed 50 years ago. Today, 35,000 individual members represent 8,500 multiemployer trust funds, corporations, public employee groups, and professional advisory firms throughout the United States and Canada. Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA)
In 1999, the IIABA—the largest national association of its kind—and IIABA state associations partnered with the Institutes to revise the IIABA’s Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation program and to develop its national examinations. The Institutes develop both the study materials and examinations for three of the four program modules. IIABA state association staff proctor the exams; the Institutes grade them.
IIABA has conferred more than 13,000 ACSR designations on agency customer service representatives and other agency personnel over the past 11 years, making it one of the largest CSR training program in the country.

International Center for Captive Insurance Education (ICCIE)
In 2004, ICCIE was founded to assist in building the capacity of the captive insurance industry through comprehensive captive insurance education.
The Institutes partnered with ICCIE in 2004 to assist with the development of their Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI) designation program. ICCIE’s program includes courses that are tailored to meet the specific educational needs of captive insurance professionals. ICCIE confers the ACI designation.
The following Institute courses are offered as electives to give the ACI curriculum a solid foundation in broad p-c insurance principles and practices:

LOMA
Founded in 1924, LOMA is an international association through which more than 1,200 insurance and financial services companies from more than 80 countries engage in research and educational activities to improve company operations.
The Institutes partnered with LOMA in 2003 to offer a property-casualty track in LOMA’s Associate, Customer Service (ACS) designation program. The ACS program combines technical insurance courses from the Institutes with comprehensive customer service education from LOMA’s ACS 100 course. LOMA confers the ACS designation. Nearly 65,000 financial services professionals around the world have earned the ACS designation, which was developed in 1991. The ACS curriculum is available in English, French, Spanish and Chinese.
Approximately 250 students have earned the ACS designation under the P&C track since the fall of 2003.
National Association of Insurance Women (International)
The NAIW (International) serves its members by providing professional education, an environment in which to build business alliances and the opportunity to make connections with people of differing career paths and levels of experience within the insurance industry.
The Institutes have partnered with the NAIW in support of promoting and developing professional education by making its educational materials available to individual members of the NAIW at a discount. Members will be required to provide a unique promotional code when placing an order to receive the discount. The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania
Founded in 1881, The Wharton School was the first collegiate business school in the world. The Institutes have a long-standing connection with Wharton. The American Institute was chartered in 1942 as the result of combined efforts of insurance industry leaders and university professors, principally from Wharton.
Today, Wharton, the global leader in business knowledge, remains a partner of the Institutes, offering their specialized executive education program, Insurance Executive Development.
