International students will take their exams at one of these venues:

Institutes Approved On-Site Testing Center Information

The testing windows for exams given at Approved On-Site Testing Centers:

January 15–March 15
April 15–June 15
July 15–September 15
October 15–December 15.

Note: No exam registrations will be accepted after the 10th of the month in which the testing window closes.

The reduced exam fees shown below apply at all Institutes Approved On-Site Testing Centers worldwide. On-site centers are typically sponsored by employers or insurance-related educational organizations. Registering for and Scheduling Your Examination

Signing up to take a computer-delivered exam is a two-step process.

  1. Register with the Institutes. You can register for exams at Institutes Approved On-Site Testing Centers on our Web site at www.aicpcu.org, by phone at (610) 644-2100, by fax at (610) 640-9576, or by mail. You can charge your exam fees to American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA. If you register by mail, you may also pay your exam fees by check or money order. These fees are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred for use by another person. Fees must be paid in U.S.currency.

    Register using your name exactly as it is shown on the photo ID that you will present at the testing center.

  2. Scheduling at an Institutes Approved On-Site Testing Center—Follow the procedures established by the test center operator.

Prometric Testing Center Exam Dates and Fees

The testing windows for exams given at Prometric Testing Centers:

January 15–March 15
April 15–June 15
July 15–September 15
October 15–December 15.

You may take the same exam no more than two times in a given testing window (maximum four times per calendar year).

    Registration Deadlines. You may register to take an exam at a Prometric Testing Center at the discounted exam fee by submitting your registration no later than the first day of a testing window. If you register after that date, you must pay the standard exam fee. No registrations will be accepted for exams at Prometric Testing Centers and Institutes Approved On-Site Testing Centers after the 10th of the month in which the testing window closes.

  2. After you have registered with the Institutes, schedule an appointment to take your exam. The sooner you make your appointment, the better the chance of getting the date you prefer. Provide your e-mail address when you register, and we will notify you as soon as you are eligible to schedule your appointment. Otherwise, wait two business days to schedule your appointment—two weeks if you registered by mail.
