By earning the Associate in Regulation and Compliance designation, you will gain a better understanding of the insurance regulatory environment and the effect regulation has on the business of insurance. You will be able to understand the interests of both insurance regulators and those who must comply with insurance regulation.
Meeting the ARC program requirements earns the ARC designation. Passing the IR 201 exam earns a certificate of completion.
New! Ethics requirement. The Institutes believe ethical decision making skills are essential to the practice of insurance. Starting January 2011, all designation program participants must complete either Ethical Guidelines for Insurance Professionals (for all programs except CPCU) or the CPCU program’s Ethics and the CPCU Code of Professional Conduct. Exam Information: The IR 201 exam is offered at Institutes-approved on-site testing locations and Prometric Testing Centers. Contact your education coordinator for further information about on-site testing availability.
