Exam Information: Introductory course exams are offered as exams-on-request (EOR) and can be administered in two ways. You can take the multiple-choice exam:

  1. By computer at an Institutes-approved on-site testing location or at a Prometric Testing Center during one of The Institutes’ four testing windows.
  2. As a pen-and-paper exam at your workplace at any time.

The Introduction to Property and Casualty Insurance exam consists of 50 objective questions and examinees have two hours to complete it. When you pass the exam, you’ll earn a Certificate of Completion to show your commitment to professional development.
